The hotel staff were very good, especially when we needed early check-out. They arranged a breakfast tray for us. My fiancé and I loved the unique roof-top bar too!
In my wife's opinion, the room lacked storage space for our family's luggage, making it a bit cramped.

Conveniently located near vibrant neighborhoods, the stay was not without its issues. While the breakfast was a highlight with fresh and tasty options, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were stains on the bedding and dust on the floor. The rooftop bar was a nice touch but the overall experience didn't justify the high price point. Despite these drawbacks, the potential of this place shines through, especially with its charming history and architecture.

Ideal spot for a Couple
The breakfast was great, the eggs made to order, can't beat that when you need energy for the day. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed, reminded me of I was being treated like a king.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still felt justified given the experience.

Everything was fantastic. Breathtaking views of a large park along the river. - the location was particularly good, within walking distance of an urban park. - Found in a downtown area just off restaurants, bars, and cafes. - the rooftop pool/restaurant and the Terraza Bellavista at San Cristobal Hill were enjoyable.

The staff here are super nice and really look after you. the room is all fancy and kept in top shape, plus the bathroom is bigger than our whole place back in NYC! They even let us check in early and there's parking close by. 🌟
